I'm moving on up, to the East side

by Jen Ward

I have great news -- I have joined Samson Properties! I am still a full-time, active agent in the Baltimore area, but now with a brokerage of 6,000+ agents. You'll get the same great Jen Ward service with even more resources and technology. If you have any questions about my move (or anything housing related), I am a call, text, or email away!

Your property tax bill will arrive in July (property taxes follow a fiscal year from July 1 through June 30). If you have a mortgage, you can verify that the mortgage company paid your bill. If you do not have a mortgage, you will pay your property tax bill directly. If your property is your primary residence, you have the option of paying your tax bill in 2 installments. If you are an investor or do not live in your home as a primary residence, you will be required to pay your bill in full. NOTE: Since the pandemic, housing values have increased and the state is looking at values and increasing assessments. If you get an additional assessment letter in the mail, you may be required to pay it or you can set up a meeting to appeal the assessed value.

Amazon Prime Day is July 16-17th. Save money on Amazon products like Alexa or Kindle. While you're there, you can pick up some of my favorite around-the-house helpers like the TubShroom or the Gutter Scoop.

The Orioles have been playing well this season and this young team has been so much fun to watch. Who is your favorite player or players? 🧡⚾️🖤🧡⚾️🖤

Let's go Os!
