I point out systems, potential issues and things that are important to you when viewing a property, so you look at a property with a critical eye before making an offer. I will provide an in-depth analysis on the prospective property so you can determine how to make the best offer. When you find a home you really like (wait to fall in love with it when you sign the paperwork), I know how to negotiate effectively so you get that property, at the best possible price in the current market. It makes me happy when my clients find “THE” home!
