She is deeply analytical and fact-centered in her research on properties: even months later her estimates will prove to be spot-on. When it comes to finding new homes, she has a method and I can testify that it works. Each of my three moves came with nail-biting twists and turns. Jen was rock-steady through each one and they all ended far better than I would have dreamed possible. But I haven't yet reached Jen's strongest point. She is the most caring professional I have ever worked with, in any area of life. Far more than a realtor, she has become a close family friend. Jen is awesome! My sister passed away in June of 2025 and I inherited everything including her home in Baltimore. Jen was great helping me get the home prepared for sale and talked me through some tough times and major issues we had with the home. I'm thankful she was there to help me through it all. We decided to contract with Jen Ward when we listed our house and it was such a positive experience. Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She listened to my stories of growing up and what the neighborhood used to be like. She took some photos and wrote the house description. It was a great little house, but over time it had been neglected. It was still sturdy but it just needed a some love. She saw the value in the house and marketed it well. Jen kept me informed about the sale and what was being offered by potential buyers. She went over the offers with me and we settled on the final buyer. I had never sold a house before and I had to trust in her expertise and knowledge of the market. This trust was not misplaced. I would recommend Jen Ward to anyone looking to sell their house.
