Dancin' in September

Happy September! I hope you had a wonderful summer filled with lots of fun and vitamin D. I had a great summer and am ready for fall and sweater weather.

Studies have shown that our productivity increases in cooler weather since our bodies don’t need to work as hard to maintain their internal temperature, freeing up our energy to be productive. If you're feeling that surge of productivity, consider a reno project or some home maintenance. Fall is a good time to scan your home and see what repairs or replacements are needed.

If you're like me and love all things fall, here are some outdoor festivals to soak up the fall weather:

• Sunset Jams in Baltimore's Rash Field at the edge of Federal Hill & the inner harbor, Fridays through October 25th for food trucks and music (Barnyard Sharks on September 13th - fun, energetic local band)
• Baltimore Book Festival in Baltimore's Waverly Neighborhood from September 27-29
• Fells Point Fun Festival in Baltimore's Fells Point Neighborhood October 2-4
